Data deletion instructions

You can remove FB Tracker's access to your Meta data at any time and ask us to delete all stored data.

1. Remove access from Facebook

1. Open Settings and privacy → Business integrations on Facebook.
2. Find the app TRAKER and click Remove.
3. From then on the platform can no longer access your Meta accounts or data.

2. Ask us to delete stored data

Email contato@fbtracker.app with the subject "Data deletion" and the email of your account. We delete your account data, Meta connections (including access tokens) and imported campaign data within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What we may keep

Only records the law requires us to keep (for example tax records of payments), for the legal period.
